Momo is the dish most people ask for first — and Mustang Thakali makes them the traditional way: hand-folded, fresh dough wrappers, and fillings seasoned the Nepali way rather than the sweeter Indo-Chinese style common elsewhere in Siliguri.

Every momo comes in three styles. Steam is the classic preparation served with house-made tomato and chilli-sesame dipping sauces. Fry gives the dumplings a crisp, golden shell. Jhol momo arrives swimming in a spiced, slightly tangy soup — a Nepali specialty that's become one of our most-ordered items. Each plate is 10 pieces, available in Veg, Chicken, or Mutton.
