Kanchamba

Kanchamba is one of the dishes that makes Mustang Thakali different from every other Nepali restaurant in Siliguri. It's a traditional Thakali snack item, native to the high-altitude Mustang valley, that rarely appears on restaurant menus outside Nepal's Thakali community itself.

We serve it two ways: a classic plain preparation, and Kanchamba Chilly, tossed with green chilli and onion for extra heat. If you've never tried it, it's worth ordering alongside a Thakali Thali or Sukuti to round out an authentic Mustang valley spread.
