Kanchamba is a traditional Thakali snack from the Mustang valley — a specialty of our kitchen, served plain (₹165) or spiced (₹199). Ghoken is a traditional Thakali bread served as an alternative to rice in the Thakali Thali. Both are authentic Mustang valley items rarely found elsewhere in Siliguri.
