Mustang Thakali is redefining dining in Siliguri with its commitment to authentic Thakali cuisine — the food of the Thakali community, native to the villages of Mustang in the Nepal Himalayas.
We offer an immersive Nepalese dining experience: warm hospitality, traditional flavours, and a culturally rich ambiance, served from our Hill Cart Road location with a second outlet on the way in Pradhan Nagar.

Kanchamba is a traditional Thakali finger food made with buckwheat from the Mustang valley — a specialty of our kitchen, served plain (200) or with chilly (220). Ghoken is a traditional Thakali buckwheat pancake served as an alternative to rice in the Thakali Thali. Both are authentic Mustang valley items rarely found elsewhere in Siliguri.
